NEW Taoist Tai Chi Class - Fairfield-Suisun
Our free introductory Tai Chi class will be held at the Nelson Community Center on Wednesday, October 12, 10:30 a.m. to noon. The Wednesday morning class will continue weekly at the same time and place: the Nelson Community Center, 611 Village Drive, Suisun City. New participants may join in through Wednesday, November 2nd.
The beginning class series will continue at the same location for 4 months after which students who attend regularly are able to perform the 108 moves of the Taoist Tai Chi set with the group. Our weekly beginning-level classes are each 90 minutes in length, including a tea break.
All are welcome to attend their first introductory beginning class free of charge! Wear loose clothing, flat-soled comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water if you like. Please bring your friends, relatives and neighbors along. There's plenty of room for all at this location and one of our key aims and objectives is to make Taoist Tai Chi available to all who would care to take advantage of its many healthful benefits.
