According to most researchers they say that consumers should look for cacao percentages of 65% or higher for health benefits. So you see this isn't just an opinion from one study but several million!
There are all kinds of different chocolate products and chocolate brands that you can try but it's important to make sure that the cocoa is of a high percentage and that it has less sugar in the actual product. Obviously you should also make sure it's dark chocolate and not white or milk chocolate! So go ahead and give into your cravings.
