A 7 week wellness workshop that will ignite change in your health and vitality, with cooking demonstrations, taste testing, lots of information, support, love and laughter. This is for you, a friend or a family member that has been meaning to make a change but doesn't know where to start. When: Mondays over 7 weeks from Monday August 22 to October 10, with a break week on Monday September 26.Time: 6:45-8:45pmLocation: Sutherland (Venue details to be confirmed)Investment: 0 (Early Bird 0)  First Steps to Change includes: listening to the whispers of your body how to become a JERFer (Just Eat Real Food) decluttering and restocking your kitchen how to find your way around a food label learning new ways to prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for you and your family ways to boost your mental wellness with food how to nourish yourself inside and out  First Steps to Change is a 6 week workshop that is based on the research, education and experience of Cyndi O'Meara, the founder of Changing Habits. With over 30 years nutritional experience, Cyndi is not your typical nutritionist. Cyndi disagrees with low-fat, low-calorie diets, believes chocolate can be good for you and thinks cheating and eating yummy food is an important part of a well-balanced diet.As part of my Ignite wellness workshop there is a bonus 7th week SPArkle Experience that is based on the passion and knowledge of Kim Morrision, the founder of Twenty8. A SPArkle Experience is the perfect way to learn and indulge in self care while experiencing the excellence of the Twenty8 range of organic aromatherapy and skincare, products that deliver amazing results and restore your health and wellbeing. On this night you have the opportunity to bring a friend along and together understand the importance of self care, knowing that when you are healthy and happy everyone around you benefits.
