A happy and healthy tea break
Tea is one of the world's most popular and healthy beverages. It has less caffeine than coffee and is packed with antioxidants, and since I am a tea snob, I make it a point to tell the health benefits of tea to those who are not smart enough to have a few cups of it daily. While my daily energy levels often depend on the continuous supply of cups of black tea, a single cup of good tea can be beneficial for everybody. Apparently, the tannins (a component of tea that is very healthy) in tea can keep the plaque on teeth away, although adding sugar to the cuppa ruins that particular effect. So the black brew that keeps you awake may just give you a sweeter smile if you don't have it too sweet. And while these very healthy effects may validate my habit of tea drinking, I only promote the brew because I do find it a great start to the day, and I have recently discovered the joys of buying my Darjeeling tea online.
The Sublime House of Tea has introduced some absolutely exotic flavours of tea that are not easily found in the market and it offers teas that serve the tastes of the traditional tea lover, the connoisseur, and the amateur experimenters alike. The brand's 'Green Long Ding' and 'Jasmine Mandarin Tea' are home grown green teas of the purest quality, cultivated at high altitudes and carefully hand-picked and processed. The 'Seventh Heaven Tea' is a rare Nilgiri tea that is one of my favourites, and it is a surprise to me that a Nilgiri tea matches up to my favourite Darjeeling tea. It even offers 'Rose in Bloom', a tisane made up of rose petals, nutmeg, white pepper and other spices that just manages to warm up the body from inside, if a caffeine hit is not something you're looking for. It makes a great after-dinner drink and helps in digestion. The 'English Breakfast Tea' and 'Earl Grey Tea' by Sublime are the best quality teas in the market. Sublime House of Tea offers a large variety of tea in the loose leaf format as well as the convenient tea bag format. The best part about these teas is you can buy all the variants online. If you are looking to stock up on some high-quality leaves, check out the Sublime House of Tea website and browse through its extensive range by clicking here - http://www.sublimehouseoftea.com/our-tea/
